Prompting Me 283

11.15.2003

5:17 pm

Some time ago, I looked at a whole list of writing prompt sites, and although I bookmarked them, I never really felt any need to spend time there. Then the other night I was bored, and I filtered them all down to two. (I also found a cute Harry Potter site, but it hasn't been updated in a long time.)

So. Random prompts from random places.

From barenaked, November 12, 2003

05. What is your favorite song from the 70's (think the eagles, elton john, early punk, early bowie, fleetwood mac, disco, glam, or whatever you want)? Too many to pick just one.
06. Are you uncommonly attractive and vivacious? No.
07. How could you stregnthen [sic] yourself? Exercise?

and from November 10:

from Daydreaming on Paper

What did you buy today? Dr. Scholl's Air-Pillo inserts. Turkey Jerkey. Chinese food.

List the snacks that you have stashed in your desk drawer at work or your locker at school. Goldfish crackers. Lots and lots of goldfish crackers.

I was not altogether impressed with this one, actually. But the barenaked amused me some.
