So birthday season is over. I have a curious sense of freedom, like I've somehow left a lot of crap behind me on the "before" side of 50. Temporary, I'm sure, but nice while it lasts.

So I'm going to the therapist tonight (couldn't go last week) and I'm thinking "Now what do I say? Do I make stuff up?" I almost feel ... dare I even say it ... normal. Gloriosky, I'm cured!

Anyway, hoping to get back to regular, non-birthday diary entries soon. It's been hard with even one kid still home, since that one is awfully territorial about the computer room.

Meantime, I've been reading so many more diaries that I've been finding, bopping from one to another -- feels like I'm meeting amazing people wherever I go.
