The Saga Continues 328

I finally got back to the dentist yesterday, and not only did the new crowns not seem to totally solve the problem (as in, a root canal is in my future) but the tooth he was going to fill broke as soon as he touched it. Looks like I'm in for a whole lot of visits to this guy in the upcoming months. Too bad it's so impossible to get an appointment, so it'll probably be stretched out over forever.

The cold is no better, no worse. Maybe if I work at it, it can get really bad for Tuesday, when I otherwise need to dress up and go to this fancy-shmancy dinner thing from the Hubs' previous employer. If only the guy didn't love us so much! I so so hate getting dressed up, not to mention the whole can't-hear-a-word-in-a-crowd thing.

Five

What one thing are you most looking forward to . . .

1. ...today? Putting the Christmas tree and decorations away

2. ...over the next week? Nothing. Going back to work and sending one kid back to school, as well as the dinner thing. Ick, ick, and by the way, ick.

3. ...this year? Going to London and Wales in February, and maybe Wales again and Ireland in the summer.

4. ...over the next five years? Retirement.

5. ...for the rest of your life? Enjoying retirement and decent health. Grandchildren.
