I'm working on my List of 50 Foods (stolen from golfwidow, not linking at the moment due to technical difficulties), but in case it's not ready until tomorrow I had to get this in:

Three of R's friends from Wales are visiting New York this week, and are currently visiting in my home. As I type, there are three young people seated behind me (they're playing Trivial Pursuit, the four of them) speaking ENGLISH! I mean, speaking BRITISH! There are charming British-accented people visiting and SPEAKING in my own home!

They just sound so cute. I'm charmed beyond belief.
