You Knew I Would 776

It's after the rehearsal/"brunch"; the girls and I came home (about 40 minutes away) because we just didn't get it together to pack before we went this morning, so we just had a bit of fast food and they're finishing up and then we're off back to the hotel for some serious family bonding, and then hair and makeup starts at 10 tomorrow morning.

The place where the wedding is is lovely -- I'll post some pictures -- and the rehearsal was not a big deal. The lunch was really very nice. The Sibs (and her husband and 15 year old) and I shared a table with the two priests who are performing the ceremony. (That's Episcopalian priests, friends of the family, an amusing story which I will probably also get to.) Very pleasant company.

The bride and groom are just the loveliest couple. They gave gifts to their wedding party, of course, but basically to everyone who was close enough to be at the rehearsal, which was plenty of people. Very thoughtful.

Okay. More to come.
