I Have My Reasons 1083

(Warning: lots of pictures here.)

Several people have expressed despair -- okay, maybe not despair -- because I am not finding a way to keep my card catalog.

So I am going to explain. First, I have kept my precious yellow chair, which is in my car at this moment and which I am going to bring in shortly.

I have also marked two doors to be saved; I'm hoping to find some decorative way to use them in the new library.

and

One of these is the door to the library office, where the Colleague has been, and the other is the back door to the library. They are beautiful, and the lettering, of course, is original from 1943.

Now I would like to show you my house.

(Forgive the stuff on the lawn; the only picture I could find was this one, which I took while I was waiting for a huge donation to charity to be picked up. But you get the idea. It's a little house.)

And now, without embarassment or shame, my living room:

(As you can see, I took home the microwave.) And, for a big finish, the family room, where I live 90% of my life:

So now, card catalog. Where would I put it, exactly?
